Concrete actions for new life styles

Brief summary: The association “Giovani Forme” and the social cooperative “Adelante”, in cooperation with the Municipality of Cartigliano and numerous associations of the town, organized a workshop focused on new life-styles turned towards the valorisation of interpersonal relationship and the respect of the environment. The event took place on the 9^th of may, Day of Europe, providing thus a special focus on this important milestone of the European Union and promoting European history and values.

2.4. Management of the Project

As Applicant of the present proposal, the Insieme Social Cooperative is responsible for the project management and for the coordination of all the activities.

The Staff is composed of 3 people, the main coordinator and two assistants.

Furthermore, assistants to develop the Local Workshops have worked within this project. Finally, each partner designated a "contact person", responsible for the local activities and to facilitate the interaction and the communication among partners.

ALDA project managers have had several meeting - in person and by employing IT tools such as Skype connection, e-mails and chat - during the whole duration of the project.

The financial management is taken over by the financial and administrative office of Insieme Social Cooperative.
