LOCAL WORKSHOP AUSTRIA (ÖKO-Service GmbH)

For reaching as many people as possible ÖKO-Service GmbH cooperate with other organizations like the Graz Community, a local School in Graz, consumer awareness organizations, food manufactures and with regional farmers … Young people and their families are our multipliers. We want them getting into discussions about environmental topics with other citizens as well as with politicians in order to stimulate active communication of these issues and to encourage them to support our project. Our workshop was organized as a huge network where different groups worked on different themes. Furthermore citizens are getting the chance to reflect, debate and network, about environmental issues.  

To raise their attention to our project, buttons with the RE-Life Logo are given to people in the city – we are asking questions about their lifestyle and trying to open up new perspectives. To present the outcome of our local workshops we involve the showcase into a “Think Tank” at the “ENVIROMENTAL FESTIVAL” in Graz in cooperation with the Graz community.

A list of “Tips'n'Tricks” for a sustainable lifestyle in daily life will be created in order to find a RE-Life (a final publication of our WS). Essential tips&tricks which can be used in daily life will be selected and collected in any single work group and will be published first time on June 20th in Graz as an attractive booklet.

• Promoting new lifestyles and simplifying sustainable development and a social cohesion.
• Contributions of/for each individual in the daily life to implement a sustainable development local, national and international “way of thinking”.
• Giving information about the the EU regulations
